Time does fly when you are having fun. The past 16 years have just flown by since I began my adventure with this beautiful, gaited horse called, Paso Fino. From just a dream of owning one or two back in those days, to over 35 registered Paso Finos today, I have been working toward my goal. The goal of running a horse farm of well bred Paso Finos for trail riding or for show. Thru the years I have shown some of my horses, and still could, but in my area, lower Alabama, most people just want a nice, gaited horse to trail ride on.
Bloodlines such as Capuchino, Estaban, Besilu, Mayito’s Carbon Copy, Bandolero Royal, and Sin Par, ensure that whether it is for pleasure or for show that you want, I may have just what you are looking for. I wanted to breed good quality, good size, and good temperament horses, and I have been blessed to accomplish those goals.
Using trainers, thru the years, such as Lee Clemmons (finoflamingo@yahoo.com), Cary Hardiman (Eagle Nest Ranch) and Hector Cuevas (Atmore, Alabama) have allowed me to have the pleasure of seeing some of my horses start to become what people think of when they hear the word Paso Fino horse. If you are looking to own one or more of these beautiful animals, I invite you to take a tour through our website, call, or visit our farm. You may find that “time will fly” for you also when you are having fun with your very own dream horse, the Paso Fino from Crenshaw Farms.
If you love flowers, especially Daylilies, then we will have something for you soon. Opening in the Spring of 2008 will be our Daylily Garden with over 10,000 plants to choose from. We are excited to have this beautiful array of flowers to offer to the public our first year. Only greater things will come in the future, such as our Cabin in the Country, Bed & Breakfast. Hopefully we will open this sometime in 2008. You will be able to enjoy the horses, the flowers and a comfortable nights with us. As this progresses we will update our website We, Larry and Dianne, want you to enjoy our farm, what ever you do. Life is too short to hurry by without stopping to ride a horse or smell the flowers. God Bless
